Writing on card

Quality of life refers to an individual’s sense of wellbeing and happiness, including their mental, physical and social well-being. Quality of life doesn’t necessarily mean the absence of disease or disability, but instead means that an individual is healthy, comfortable, and able to participate in and enjoy their lives. How people define quality of life differs from person to person, meaning that what gives someone a high quality of life is unique.
